- Dispatch Time: We ship orders within 1-3 business days for standard products, excluding Sundays and public holidays. However, for custom or premium products like furniture, our dispatch time may vary. These products typically take 7-15 business days to prepare before shipping.
- Delivery Timeframe: Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days for standard products. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location delivery issues.
- Shipping Method: We use reputed courier agencies to ensure timely and secure delivery. If courier services aren't available in your area, we'll ship via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Contact our customer care team immediately, and we'll provide a brand new replacement with no additional cost.
