Return and Replacement Policy
At idekors, we strive to provide our customers with utmost satisfaction. However, we only accept replacement requests for damaged or incorrect products. We do not have a return policy for change of mind or any other reasons.
Replacement Conditions :
- Replacement requests are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.
- Replacements are free of charge.
- Opening parcel video of the product is mandatory for replacement requests.
Replacement Process :
1. Contact our customer service team with the opening parcel video and details of the issue.
2. We'll review the request and process the replacement accordingly.
3. The replacement product will be sent only after we receive the previous product safely.
Important Notes :
- Replacement items may not be available in the same color or size.
- Processing delays may occur.
